Types of beds...

There are many different sizes and types of beds. From the time you’re born, until you’re done growing, then every seven years you’re on the prowl for a new mattress. You start out with a crib mattress then you go to a toddler bed, with usually the same mattress. Once you out grow that one you will usually go to a twin size bed. After a while you eventually get a full, queen, and if you’re lucky a king size bed to stretch and roll around it. It is thought to be most sensible for couples. You can move and adjust each side to meet your comfort while your partner can do the same. One bed comes with a remote so you can lay in bed and adjust it to your comfort. Some would say one of the cons to these though are they don’t come in pillow top, they are hard to get out of and they don’t have much spinal support. Another popular mattress type is the Memory foam mattress. Most every mattress company makes a model or style of this mattress. This bed is like “sleeping on a cloud” the proud owners of these beds say. But after a few months they turned out to not be so great. The comfy pillow top that surrounded them was now their permanent imprint. The word is your bed should last up to seven years before you need to buy a new one. That is of course if you’re the average sized adult, which a majority of us aren’t, and you flip it around every so often, which most likely doesn’t happen either. Having a good mattress can help keep your body in good shape, with no spinal problems or aches and pains, and help you feel well rested. Once you start to lose that comfort and aren’t getting the sleep you once were then it’s time to go shopping for a new bed.
